Can anyone tell me if they are using HHO conversions on their cars?

You should be asking where the power for the electrolysis of water is coming from.

Yes they do work i have a 1995 Ford Ranger XLT 5 speed manual and i get roughly 25 mpg normally. Recently I HAVE made a hydrogen converter. I took a quart jar and 2 stainless steel rods, about 20 stainless steel washers and stainless steel Nuts, and a plastic lid and plastic separator on the bottom. (THEY CANT TOUCH) i ran a 10 amp wire thats connected to my power windows fuse which i dont have them but there is a fuse for them ( you need a fuse thats only on when the engine is)
You mix 3 cups water with 1 cup of alcohol with 3 table spoons of baking soda and have a spout on top of the jar and run that into you air hose and once you start y our engine it will create the gas and lately ive been getting roughly 36 mph and my little 4 cylinder engine just TAKES off with me and is alot quieter.

Well, the guy who described his home-built system has it approximately correct: you can easily do it yourself. But it won't help your gas mileage. Usually what happens is that when someone puts an erstwhile mileage-saving improvement on their car they drive much more carefully, and that's why they think the arrangement works. But in an independent test, the mileage would turn out to be somewhat less. I hope he's counting the alcohol he's using as part of the fuel–I hadn't seen that trick.

The reason the scheme doesn't help gas mileage is that the energy to dissociate the water comes from an extra mechanical load on the alternator, which loads the engine down.

Well all I have to say about that is that I am using the kit and it works.

Honestly, YES it does work. I have done this to my 2004 Scion xb and currently get about 50 (yes, fifty) miles per gallon.

It's very simple. You don't change your engine or computer. A quart-size (95O cc) container is placed somewhere under the hood. You fill it with DISTILLED WATER and a little bit of BAKING SODA. The device gets vacuum and electricity (12 Volts) from the engine, and produces HHO gas (Hydrogen+Oxygen). The HHO gas is supplied to the engine's intake manifold or carburetor as shown below.
